Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is ideally located for exploring central London with its quick access and proximity to Regents Park. The rooms are suitable for short stays but may have noise and lighting issues. The service is efficient and accommodating, perfect for special occasions. The dining options offer good quality but limited selections. Overall, a convenient choice for those wanting easy access to shopping and attractions.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of ups and downs. The room, although in need of an update, was surprisingly spacious and exceptional. The service from the staff was mostly attentive and helpful, but there was a hiccup with paperwork. The location was perfect for exploring London but had some noise issues. The dining experience was generally good, with some minor points to consider. Overall, a nice place to stay with a few improvements needed.
The hotel is in a convenient location, perfect for exploring shops and restaurants in the lively area. The rooms need updating and are not as expected, with additional charges for certain amenities. Service is friendly and professional, but the furniture shows signs of age. Dining options are good but come at a high price. Overall, a mixed experience with some improvements needed.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, very central and close to most things, but the initial impression was not great, entering through the back door. The rooms were really small, and unfortunately, I had to endure loud music playing non-stop from the adjoining room. The service was courteous and very helpful, and the staff were friendly, though not overly formal. The dining was very nice but pricey, with lukewarm food. Overall, a decent stay with some ups and downs.
The hotel is in a great location, very close to Euston station and Regents Park, making it convenient for exploring the main attractions. The rooms, as promised, were interconnecting and had nice comfortable beds. The staff was lovely and exceptionally friendly, always available to assist. However, there was a slight discomfort with a lingering smell somewhere between 'damp' and 'stale cigarette' at times.
During my stay, the hotel had some positives like friendly staff and a good location but also some issues such as tired and not super clean rooms, with a blocked bathtub and sink. The snoring noise was also a bit bothersome. Overall, it was an average experience.
While the hotel had some issues like poor room heating and a leaking ceiling in the bathroom, the price was reasonable for what we got. The service, despite the loud morning noises, was exceptional and went the extra mile for my boyfriend's birthday. The location was convenient with proximity to Regent's Park and Madame Tussaud, although there was an unpleasant smell at times. The dining experience varied, with long wait times but good quality food options.
I had a great night's sleep on the quiet 3rd floor, away from any noise. The lovely canapés and drinks in the afternoon were a nice touch, but booking a twin room instead of a double was a small inconvenience.
